1.Do I need to order an account?

No, you can buy as a tourist, but if you sign up for one of our accounts, we have some additional benefits, such as easy access to order status and order history, receive details of our new version and special promotions Update.

2.What if I forget my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

3.What if I enter the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we can't change your order.

4.How can I change or cancel an order?

We reserve the right to accept or reject the order or any part of it at any time after receiving the order, even after the customer receives the order confirmation or the credit card is authorized. If the credit card has been authorized for purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit card to the original payment method.

Please note that any orders that have been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.

5.How to set up a shipping address?

After the order is placed, a page will pop up asking you to fill in your contact information and shipping address.

6.Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified after the order has been processed or shipped. Please change your shipping address to your home address instead of your holiday address, as we do not know how long the customs department of the destination will retain the package.

7.When will my order arrive?

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. It is usually available 24 hours after we place the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country.

8What if I have missing items in my order?

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.

9.When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order during the holidays and sales season.

We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on Sunday.

If you have not received your tracking confirmation within 5 business days of completing your payment, please contact us.

10.How can I return it?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase and would like to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and we will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be kept in their original condition and the packaging is intact.

11.Does my return include shipping?

All return shipping charges and other miscellaneous charges are the responsibility of the customer.

12.What if I receive a defective/incorrect/damaged item?

If the item you received is incorrect, missing and/or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Once you have received the package, please provide your order number, item photo and all relevant references. We will resolve your situation as soon as possible.

13.How long is the return process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. Once your return has been processed, we will confirm it by email.

14.When will I receive a refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you pay by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. For questions about when to post a credit line to your account, please contact your issuing bank.If you have not received a return credit, please follow these steps: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.

15.What isn’t covered by the warranty?

16.When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you place your order.

17. How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions. 

18Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
